What data we process

This website has no contact form or user accounts. When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technical data, in particular your IP address and access logs. Documents for shareholders may contain data of members of the company’s bodies and of persons whom the company publishes under the law.

Purpose and legal basis

ensuring the operation and security of the website – legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
fulfilling the company’s legal obligations towards shareholders – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Recipients and retention period

The data may be made available to IT and web hosting providers that run the technical background of the website for the company. Technical logs are kept only for as long as necessary; documents are kept for the period set by law or for as long as their publication is required.

Cookies and visitor statistics

Only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use Google Analytics for visitor statistics. The processor is Google Ireland Limited; data may also be processed by Google LLC in the USA, based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We process a pseudonymous identifier from cookies, the pages visited, the traffic source, the device and browser type and approximate location. We do not use advertising features. The cookies are kept for 2 years and the statistics for up to 14 months. Consent is voluntary and the website works without it. You can withdraw it at any time; details are on the Cookies page.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object and to withdraw your consent at any time. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
