STATUS Holding, a.s., with its registered office at Vídeňská 352/150, Kunratice, 148 00 Praha 4, is a successor company created by the demerger of STATUS stavební a.s., with its registered office at Nádražní 998, Humpolec, Company ID 466 79 120, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in České Budějovice, Section B, File 487.

With effect from the decisive date of 1 January 2010, a spun-off part of the assets of the demerged company STATUS stavební a.s. passed to STATUS Holding, a.s. The value of the assets is specified in the Demerger Project (demerger by spin-off with the formation of a new company) dated 18 June 2010, approved by a decision of the General Meeting of the demerged company dated 28 December 2010.
